From: Filipe Silva To: Reply-To: Filipe Silva Goran & all, I'll use a mask in my 6" mirror (actually a very convenient 6.2") since my edges are somewhat chipped. This rough edge was caused when the glass blank was cut at working temperature with some (rough) tool (at least this is what I imagine). Beveling helped but some chips are too deep. This introduces a question I have: Since my mirror isn't perfectly circular (due also to the above) - how can I calculate (in PLOP for example) the mirror cell supporting points? [I know I'll have to use a 9 point support since the mirror is a bit thin (15mm)] Thoughts?
