  OLX does that for me, but I don't think you can get a shareware
version if it.

  I've had trouble with MultiMail under Windows XP Professional SP3 for
some reason. But, if I can make OLX work, at least I can do QWK
Mail...it's a lot easier to reply to BBS messages this way.
