Sauer doesn't dare react to this too strongly. He's still smoldering
from Sue Alexander and Bandsma dumping their utter contempt on him over his
laughter at Olson.


Sauer has a habit of wringing amusement from the disasters and emotional pain
of others. He's an emotional cripple, himself.
