Hello Ward.

29 May 04 15:31, you wrote to me:

WD|> That is your "opinion".

And it is right.

˙Section 7.2 leave no room for interpretatio:

==============

7.2  Selection

The International Coordinator is selected (or removed) by an absolute majori-
ty vote of the Zone Coordinators.

=============

Now where can you stick in an interpretaton here, hmm? "˙n absolute
majority vote of the Zone Coordinators"

Let's see there are 6 Zone coordinators. What's an absolute majority of 6, Ward?

There is nothing there that states /anything/ about the number of nodes in
each Zone. Sorry, you are not IC.

WD|> I did not write those sections of policy, just used what was available
WD|> to act within the confines of P4.

Wrong! You tried to "interpret" that which needs no
interpretation in order to keep the IC chair for life.

And it doesn't take a lawyer to see how wrong you are here.

Robert
