I glanced there, and saw a little activity, but not much.  And it would
seem more relevant to an echo about echo moderation, since it is the
"echo" that transmits messages, while the individual BBS is only a
channel that is used.  With most BBS's now being internet-based rather
than phone-line-based, the BBS aspect of it also sort of collapses into
the broader subject of internet regulation.

I've seen a couple of interesting articles on libel and defamation
in on-line forums, but I haven't read up on it much yet.  And I am tied
up with other things for the next month or more, and won't be able to do
much background research on it.  But I suggested it as a topic because I
hoped to see what others views are, and to see if there are any actual
experiences that can be learned from.
