Firstly, I can complain to the authorities because I do comply with the law 
when we do a fax ad campaign, so in your scenario the authorities are called 
the second night and the revenger is talking to BCTel Security (at risk of 
losing all phone service) that day.
 
Secondly, when some moron can't figure out how to tick the box that states 
clearly "If you don't wish to recieve any more faxes from us please fill in 
your fax number here" and thinks he's clever by sending perpetual loops set 
to automatically resend and resend until I get all 500 pages, he's attacking 
the wrong end.  The faxes don't go out from here.  All I do is turn the fax 
machine off when I go to bed.  When the office is open I'm sitting beside it 
and can reach over and turn it off.  What I do is allow the beginning of each 
send so that I have the identifyer to give the autahorities to support my 
claim of phone harassment.
