EW ->I'm using Clipper 5.2e and Exospace 1.0g, and when I spawn a DOS
   ->program from within a Clipper program using Clipper's RUN
   ->command, the calling program can keep up to 155Kb real memory
   ->occupied. Is there a way to reduce this amount?
Yes, switch to Blinker. It's SwpRunCmd() built-in swapper only uses
about 11K of real memory when the program is swapped out. The program
itself is written to the hard drive or memory as an image file for the
duration. You can control where it's stored.
Unfortunately, ExoSpace will probably never get updated, and people
have been reporting errors in Novell and NT that go away when they
switch to a recent version of Blinker. Blinker has a new version in
beta that'll work with Xbase++.
