Hello,

Well, seeing that Genesis is credited being written about 1513 B.C, as well
as numerous other Bible books during the B.C time period, it sure looks
like the Bible came first. And it did.

Also, the Catholic Church were not the ones who decided what was going to
be the contents of the "Holy Bible'. Such information was already
established long before that Church made its recommendations. (more
information on this subject if you wish)
