I wish I could figure out why under OS/2 my 'Rex's BETWEEN.CMD gets 
locked up and can't be executed by the command interpreter.  I have to 
reboot to get things working again.  A long time ago, Mike Luther 
suggested the problem could have been something to do with DOS programs 
trying to share the same COM port, but the DOS programs I use in my 
BETWEEN.CMD don't access a com port at all.

Something to just live with, I guess.  I have since 1998 now...
