Hello Dustbin!

Don't you think I was intelligent enough to suggest
this already?  Now think ahead: What's the problem
with this (take your phrase: "There are no
witnesses").  That's right: Many women feel
uncomfortable going to a strange man's home
for a first date. She rightly doesn't know if he
has a pit in his basement. :-)

It is possible to arrange a "picnic" however.  There
are very romantic parks everywhere.  I've done
this and it worked out fantastic.  Later on,
when the woman tries to start demanding
he takes her someplace, he now has some
emotional leverate (with her not being
able to cut him off a second date) to
talk to her honestly.
