SOUP packets are gathered via Souper, VSOUP or some other program that
does the same thing.  OPX packets are from SilverExpress doors so look
for one of those on a bulletin board that you frequent.  I've never
used the OMEN packets myself.

SOUP packets here work the best.  QWK packets work but they mung
headers and the like.
