ROFLMAO. He is pro-French. He does view himself very much as France's Mrs
Thatcher & good luck to him. I've been saying for ages that the French
needed someone like that. Whether they let him do what he wants to &
indeed how to reacts to barricades is oging to dictate how sucessfull he
is.

Wrt Pro-Ameriecan Pro-Bush.....He is just as anti the Iraq war etc as
Chirac. Equally he is just as convinced that France's no.1 ally is Germany.

However the election was all about "the economy stupid" as
frankly given a choice between a debate upon "la vie francaise" 
& talking about the US....frankly....what izzz zizz US zing?
