ummm....Yes....

But

(A) Tanks usually rest on their turret so you could probably get out
through the driver's hatch (were one limber & un-injured enough).

(B) IFV such as the bradley do have doors in the back for the PBI to de-bus
as does the Israeli Merkava which is both an IFV & an MBT.

However....upside down in water of a sufficient depth & it'd not be
good in part cos the water pressure would hold the doors shut.
