I missed that inference in my previous reply Bob. I've already addressed it
in my notation of the adminstration's lack publication of their successes,
but must note that I have less than zero interest in an *arrest* record
(it's too late once they need to be arrested), nor a *conviction* tote
sheet (yea, you killed this many here, or there and now you're convicted
you son of a bitch and your victims are still dead); we're not in that 9/10
world anymore -- I want them killed, not prosecuted
