Sure was, main stumbling block for reliable high speed rail
is improved track.

YEp, major systems that need work. I think they'll have to
crumble more, and the petroleum economy melt down further
though before Americans are really put back to work. I hate to say it, but
I think we're going to see another generation or more of economically
disenfranchised Americans before it
shakes out.

I can't either, but they sure do. HE's just one of several
