I haven't had the pleasure of using someones MajicJack phone, I've only
used someones cell phone a few different times and remember I only had
to dial 10 digits, no 1 prefix before it as I have to do at home on my
Landline Phone to make a Long Distance call.

If it's a person calling they sure get an earfull when that raspy(sp?
FAX signal answers the call.
