As usual: backup system and Registry before doing such stuff and update the  
ERD:
Copy the NT 3.51 pinball.sys to %SYSTEMROOT%\System32\Drivers
Start the Registry Editor and insert the following keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\SERVICES\
                                               Pinball
               ErrorControl: REG_DWORD: 0x1
               Group: REG_SZ: Boot file system
               Start: REG_DWORD: 0x1
               Type: REG_DWORD: 0x2
Reboot.
