I read the papers this morning via the internet and found a most
astonishing thing.

A massive and ubiquitous newz story about nothing!

All the papers I read had it.

Dick Cheney was in charge of creating an intelligence operation so
secret that the lead stories about it contained absolutely no information about
it.

Reminds me of a Seinfeld eposode where Jerry and George go off to a television 
network to pitch their idea for a T.V. sitcom about nothing.

What little I did gather from all the stories about nothing was that the
program
was so compartmentalised that agents expected to perform their duties
were unable to do so because they didn't know enough about hte program or how
to execute their duties within that program.

Incredible.

Truth really is stranger than fiction.
