Yesterday I read about how an attachment to a war funding bill was tacked
on by a few democrats, that would have set down some rules for the World
Bank.

Well...

Like Bush did hundreds of times before, Obama put a signing statement on
the bill while signing it, saying he would not abide by that attachment.

In this case I think both congress and Obama are simply wrong.
Congress should not have jammed that attachment in the bill, and Obama
doesn't need to pull a Bush.
