Exxon - Mobile just invested 600 million dollars into
fuel generated by algie.

This may be carbon neutral as it takes up carbon dioxide as it's grown
and produces rather conventional fuels.

A good first step towards something I've thought needed 
for a long time and sugessted right here just a couple of days ago.
