I can indeed. THese folks know how to wash money, just as
the old mafia did. I"m sure they're already doing the same
to some degree.

OF course it does, and when the drug warriors from outside
subsidize the locals to come in and eradicate the crop then
they move on, displacing more folks somewhere else.
IT isn't just what they do, but they seriously want a
monopoly. THe coca growers are encouraged to grow coca, so
long as they only sell to the cartel. NO doubt same with
the growers of marijuana in MExico.
And still we have more war on drugs. When the dentist gets
together with the stockbroker and the real estate agent they get out the
razor blades and the spoons. While they sip
their cool libation and snort a few lines poor farmers in
Latin America uproot their families and become refugees.
But hey man, we're winnin' the war on drugs. .
