In point of fact I've said it several times over the past couple of decades,
it isn't a secret.  Nor is the fact - also mentioned several times over the
period - that I received a notice to report for my induction physical addressed
to A/2C Robert L. Ackley, Box 455, 6925th Security Group, APO 274 San Francisco.
I'd been in the AF not quite two years at the time.  Rank, military unit
and APO address -
and apparently no clue that they were addressing the notification to
someone already IN
the military.  This in the day long before computers...
