Chuckle (A) rogue states? So.......does that mean Israel is on the list too?

(B) "a bit close".......

Indeed.

But it makes it an interesting & hard to avoid trap.

i.e.

(A) Were The US to say.....nah we'd prefer Poland & the Czech republic
then Russia now has a strong case for serious doubts given that the target
is apparantly Iran +....... some other state(s) close to Azerbaijan.....

(B) Given this is meant to be open & a protection for all & not
just the US/NATO then......

An interesting proposal indeed.
