We aren't discussing ancient history.  We are discussing a very specific
incorrect summary of a specific matter.  You used to have slaves all over
your colonies, and have committed far more atrocities in the name of empire
than the USA may have accidentally committed.  And the religion of Islam
some say was founded by a deposed Iranian prince who used a criminal fresh
out of jail to con a nation for power and wealth.
