 DD> Economists are warning that the Obama administration's new hiring
 DD> patterns are causing a ripple effect that is seriously contributing
 DD> to the economic downturn, and that a return to Bush-era tactics may
 DD> be necessary if the White House is to avoid worsening the situation.
 DD> The system just isn't set up to handle an excess of competent people.

The administration hasn't shown any evidence that their 'competent' people
are having much if any effect on things.  Certainly not at the decision-making
level.
