RS> Unless you have some *EVIDENCE* that backs you up. RS> Otherwise, go crawl back into your fridge box. Call animal control Pinellas County. This IS a public records state. THAT qualifies as evidence but then you've never been interested in either evidence or fact. Jimmy Nation was at the time living at 300 - 20th street N. Saint Petersburg and from my speaking to his neighbors they were all terrified of that animal. Nation who at the time worked for the Downtown Saint Petersburg Hilton Hotel was assessed TWO fines of $128.00 dollars each for not keeping his dog confined for the required 10 day quaranteen period. I turned him in both times. FACTS, FACTS, FACTS, something you appear to have a most difficult time with no matter what the topic. Nation even got a piece in the the St. Pete Times around Oct. 30 - 31 of 2009 when that mad dog went missing and he claimed it gentle. Now THAT was an extreme lie as ANY of his neighbors would have no problem corroborating. Either when he lived on 20th street or later up in Pinellas Park. OTOH I too owned a Pit Bull and no one anywhere or any when could make any claim but that was one of the friendliest animals there ever was. Physically the breed is tougher than most anything but it's the training and treatment that tells in the behavior of the adult animal. Lost my best friend in that animal when compassion dictated he be put to sleep. ...
