I happen to have noticed his crosspost in several echoes including this one
and FIDONEWS.

I was not going to engage him in the echo he was banned from.

I am the moderator of Fidonews for all users and sysops physically residing
in North America, if Wayne wants to escape my authority in Fidonews, for
actions he partook in to earn the ban, he will have to take up _residency_
on another continent.

Wayne is not the _victim_ he portrays himself to be.
