IF the longer fits it is stil a good Idea to use them. While the shorter
anttenna may appera to work there is nothign better thern a little extra
antenna gain becasue transfer speed is dependent on the signal to Noise
ratio. The extra antenna gain on hte Router will increase the Singal
whiel the noise wil lremain the same. NOW the same is NOT true o nthe
Recieving end as the signal and the noise will be amplified the same
and wil not change the Ratio.

I have a 15 Element WiFi yagi that I played with for a while. Improved
signal strengths pertty good. Although all the WiFi systems in my
neighborhood are runing locked so I cannot connect.  :-)  :-)
