How many North Vietnamese were brought to prison camps in the US? How many North Koreans? You've also had prison camps for Americans before (e.g. Japanese Americans & earlier Native Americans). Native Americans were certainly subject to "Military Commissions" along with blankets laced with smallpox however I take it you're not thinking of re-introducing that.
