and he isnt the listed moderator of this echo..

Only thing is I hope nothing serious has happened to Dan.

There is no rule for handling echomail suspensions, as far as how they are issued.

Wayne wont respond to you if it means him issuing a mea culpa, too many
times do we see users inventing rules for a network they are a guest of.
