Just that, you're right! The original point I was making, though, was
the antithesis of the notion that the stronger plant derivatives held higher
risk potential.
OSHA's report, of course, is a non-report reflecting no information.
Generally I consider OSHA to be a royal pain in the ass, right up there with
the imaginary tolerance levels the EPA sets for commercial waste streams.
(ie, they are currently setting limits VERY close to the detection limits for
certain effluents - and those limits are measured with some very
sophisticated laboratory analysyis and hardware)
