I am looking for any information regarding the emmigration of Valentin Kaus,
his wife Antonina (Borowiak), and their six month old daughter, Helene.
They came aboard the Prinz Albert form Hamburg, Germany to New York, USA
around May 1872.  I am wondering if they either shortened the Kaus name or
changed to Kaus from something else.  Please forward all responses to
