I just use the IDE of the compiler I happen to be using, usually either
Turbo Pascal, Borland Pascal or Virtual Pascal.

I actually have Borland Pascal "hacked" to produce DOS, Windows,
and OS/2 executables but since that's all 16-but stuff, I don't use it very
often. Mainly Virtual Pascal.
