If you have any access to the old utility LIST.COM for DOS from 1996,you
simply 'LIST' the file.  In it you can see each character over on the left
side of the page.  On the right side of the screen is the ASCI character
for every character in the file.  The utility ought to be available on most
of the old MS-DOS archives.  My executable is:

   10-31-96   3:48a     24681           0  LIST.COM
