It happens with a fair amount of frequency over in the National Cooking Echo,
too. 

Someone has a bit flipped in their config file and is feeding these messages
back into the stream with altered headers so the tossers, etc sees them as
"new". While we, of the Illuminati, know the truth.  Bv)=
