So they aren't honoring the Kroger 10 cent discount...

And they are implementing their own "discount" schedule...

The card companies do charge the merchants for the privilege of letting
their customers use a card to charge the purchase.... that is still the
case.... ;)

We have a few Marathon Gas stations here, but no Circle K, that I know
