You can't load Rockwell code into the TI DSP in a USR any more than you can
run native PPC604e code on a Pentium. Please see my other message to Bill
Grimsley, immediately before this one.

The more functionality that is moved into software, the more closed the
design becomes, contrary to expectation, because everything is obscured by
proprietary design choices and destandardization.
