I turned off bits 14 and 15 concerning SMB multiplexing in
/IBMLAN/IBMLAN.INI and that helped a lot, actually.  It's funny, in the 20
years I've used OS/2, I've never had any problem with Netbios over TCP/IP. 
If you have a good firewall, you're usually okay.  I was doing some
research last night in Google Groups in comp.os.os2.networking and was
reading up on some paranoia from OS/2 users about that.

I dunno, to each their own, I guess.
