Interesting, thanks. The inventor of the Australian product mentioned that
his idea was not new, and that there were in fact machines right now that
can extract useful amounts of water from the air, anywhere. I think he said
the US military has such units.

The new part of his plan is that the Australian unit is entirely
self-powered, and quite low cost.
