Can someone please remind me how to modify Normal.dot. I have no 
problem working with the other templates (including those I have 
created, but when I try to save Normal.dot, it tells me that I can't 
save a file with the same name as a file that is open.
   If I save the new one as New Normal.dot, close Word, rename the 
original one to Old Normal.dot and rename New Normal.dot to just 
Normal.dot, I lose my customized toolbar, or I get doubles of some 
buttons, etc.
   I *know* there is something simple here I have overlooked, and the 
online help doesn't give me a clue.
