Good to hear it, I just got into doing remotes for people by chance. I
already was running small home based computer consulting firm....I was
amazed at the number of clients I went to that didn't have even two of
the suggested protective measures.....Makes you wonder sometimes how these
people stay in business....I mean if I want my car fixed I take it to someone
that has been trained in that field.....why is it that so many people that
run businesses fancy themselves to be computer wizards as well?
Anyway, I'll get down off my soapbox now.. ;-) 
BTW the Laurie where generally speaking are you located, and if you don't 
mind telling me who does you remotes.....always interested in making contact
with other providers.....it's amazing what you can learn talking to your 
peers....
