Department stores sell toys, not bikes. It would be cheaper yet to walk,
but sometimes cost isn't the only issue. Department store "bikes" are
clumsy, prone to require repair every 15 miles, and unsafe to ride.
Riding, much less buying, such a toy would sure ruin my vacation!
