So the default folder is the same thing as the home CJ> directory. Yes, although I hate Windows's dumbing down approach, I had got that far!! ;-) But I guess you may have read by now that Stephen Haffly was on the right track. Multimail refuses to work with directory (folder) names longer than 8 characters. I created a new subdirectory for a version to work with Multimail, and all works fine now.
