 Odd as it may seem, it is true!  There are a few Engineers/ Architects
 here that couldn't draw a decent plan to save their lives.  On the other
 hand, there are a few unlicensed space planners here that consistently
 produce superb drawings.  They also attend all of the code update
 seminars that we do, so they make *my* job easier!
