NiceChat has all of those options you mentioned, plus a few extras.. You can 
change the screen it uses by simply running a program much like ANS2MEC on 
it, so long as everything is in the correct position. It also supports four 
different screens.. (horizontal, vertical, 50-line mode, and non-split 
reen)
