Correct. :) I did have a number of echoes listed at one time and the
process was not easy to complete.

Actually it is easy.. once you know what you need to do.

I saw your posts in those echoes (ELIST and Z1_BACKBONE), looks like you
have just about completed the process.. :)

There are not many (if any) *EC in the net these days. There isn't really a
need for them since nodes can connect directly to nodes anywhere in the
world.

I would install an NEC in net153 anyway, just to have the eyes and ears on
things. I'll do that if I can find a willing candidate.

I just had a look at filegate.net/echolist and there are many echolists in
there. It'd take a good day or two of digging and I'm not sure if there is
anything in there to dig for.
