Starnge but seems it search /usr/local/lib/ but have to be in /usr/lib/ in
linux. Durty way is link /usr/local/lib to /usr/lib/libfidoconfig.so.*
Another way - edit makefile and define path

I will notify Stas if he do not read it hear. May be he parse sources and
fix sources if nessary
