subject: McCain gets slimy

RS>Anyone expected any different? Not me.

RS>The Democratic hopeful Barack Obama took his campaign to the
RS>Republican bastion of North Carolina yesterday, while his opponent,
RS>John McCain, launched the first television attack ad of the
RS>presidential election.

RS>Despite promises to stay on the higher ground, Mr McCain's commercial
RS>uses imagery to suggest that Mr Obama is a friend of America's
RS>enemies. It shows an apparently badly shaven Mr Obama looking across
RS>at the bearded face of the Iranian President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Good for McCain for speaking the truth. Personally I am tired of the
republicans trying to be nice to the Dems. Look where it got GWB ? He
came into Washington saying he would be nice and take the high ground.
He did and the Dems walked all over him. Liberal Dems, are just like
the enemies of the US (in fact if you listen to them they sound just
like them) and must be soundly defeated. You don't negotiate with them.
They need to be attacked on every front and shown for what they are.
