you have a couple options: create an area for each aka (just use the origin 
line with whatever address you wish to use) or just edit it manually 
according to what address you're using..
I'm in several nets as well (10 or something, i've lost track =) ) and when 
writing netmail, i just use my main address. People can send netmail to me at 
any address, but i always reply from my fido address. It hasn't caused any 
problems so far.
