That's how caffeine works for me. I drink about 20 cups a day and need
one just before I go to bed or I have trouble sleeping. A lot of meds
works backwards on me. Codine peps me up and anything that causes most
people to bounce off walls puts me to sleep....we are all different. I
am begining to think I have a touch of ADD or something. I have a lot
of the same symptoms some of my kids and grandkids have....
